About the Project

Inspiration for Roberto Verino´s Spring/Summer 2018 collection was drawn from the work of artist César Manrique and the island of Lanzarote. . Exceptionally, permission was granted to use some of Manrique’s original drawings titled Fauna Atlántica – courtesy of the César Manrique Foundation – which became the collection’s main print.
A fashion campaign was also shot on the island of Lanzarote.
The César Manrique Foundation was one of the main locations, marking the first time access was granted for this purpose.
