About the Project

The 100th anniversary of the end of World War I served as the inspiration for designer Roberto Verino’s Fall/Winter 2018/19 runway collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid, in collaboration with designer Utku Dagistan. Thus was born “The Look of Love,” a tribute to the 1920s and 1930s. The runway was adorned with a patchwork of antique tapestries on loan from La Real Fábrica de Tapices.
